In order to uphold the utmost legal compliance with the national law from your jurisdiction we encourage you to contact us in case of any misconduct such as:

• the dispensation of a active principle that not received marketing authorization in your jurisdiction
• if mail order of pharmaceutical products is not permitted or limited
• if formal requirements are not met
• if we dispense medical products to your residents that are regarded in your jurisdiction as a controlled substance (narcotic, psychotrope or dangerous) and are not governed by the UN Conventions from 1961, 1971 or 1988

Controlled Substances

We do not dispense any kind of controlled substances that are either banned internationally by the Vienna Convention or nationally in the national country where you reside. 

If a substance is not listed as a controlled substance by the Vienna Conventions however listed in your Country a controlled substance (narcotic, psychotrope or dangerous) our associated pharmacies will not ship such a product to you unless you provide us with a importation permit by the controlling body in your country.

Please respect this golden rule and do not ask us for any exemption we will not negotiate.
