規約と条件

The brokerage platform owner, the suppliers (the pharmacies and pharmacists) cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of products supplied. It lies on the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician. 

The platform is solely responsible that all submitted information by the purchaser is transmitted in a timely and formerly manner to the dispensing pharmacist so that he is able to review the orders made by the purchaser (patient or healthcare provider) and personally contact him if necessary.

The dispatching pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength and dosage form is supplied to the correct patient as prescribed by the medical practitioner. Product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.

The Brokerage platform website takes no responsibility for compliance breaches by the importer and the accurate dispensation. 

The responsibility for compliance on  import regimes and  custom regulations in the country of destination lies with the final importer (the purchaser).

Delivery of all products ordered takes place in an affiliated and fully licensed pharmacy. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the Brokerage platform website  reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the country of destination.

Once article have been dispensed or shipped  by the disptching pharmacy the products CANNOT be returned or the sales canceled . Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and /or shipped, cannot be accepted.
