The website owner, the pharmacy (the pharmacies and pharmacists) cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of products supplied. It lies on the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician.

The website  is solely responsible that all submitted information by the purchaser is transmitted in a timely and formerly manner to the medical doctors so that he is able to review the orders made by the purchaser (patient) and personally contact him if necessary.

The medical practitioner is solely responsible for the prescription of any medicine based on the information provided by the patient (purchaser) in the submitted questionnaire. If the provided information by the patient is not sufficient enough for prescribing the medicine then the medical practitioner can reject such a order or request further information from the patient (purchaser)

The pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient as prescribed by the medical practitioner. Product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.

The Website  takes no responsibility for compliance with importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. This remains the final responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery of all products ordered takes place in an affiliated and fully licensed pharmacy. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the Website  reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the country of destination.

Once products have been dispensed (delivered) by a pharmacy these products may not be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and /or shipped, cannot be accepted.
