occasions where you are unable to provide a necessary prescription
and our associated physician is unable to prescribe the requested

will be requested to submit more supporting medical evidence from
your private physician to permit the re-evaluation of your request.

with such an additional information request your transaction will be
cancelled and the requisite funds returned.
